Monthly emergency squawk reports

Every aircraft our ADS-B monitor saw squawking 7700, 7600 or 7500, month by month. Since recording began on October 27, 2026, it has logged 47 emergencies: 32 general emergencies (7700), 15 radio failures (7600) and 0 unlawful-interference codes (7500).

Each report breaks the month down by code, aircraft type, airline and country, shows every emergency on a map, and links to a page for each incident with its recorded flight path. Most 7700 squawks are precautionary, such as a medical problem on board or a warning light, and end in a normal landing. Read what each squawk code means or watch live emergencies as they happen.
